We have a strong Office Manager in place who helps with all of this and who you would be responsible for managing and directing. The Business Manager would oversee the company for the CEO and ensure the vision is carried out and the financial health is maintained. This position is a mix of being a General Manager and Controller/Operations/Accounting.
