Job includes the following activitites and skills: - book keeping, excel, quickbooks, accounts payable, payroll. 

Duties :

 

Accounts Payable- coding and entering new bills- following our established formula, do weekly report that list all bills and highlights the ones we will pay the following week, cutting checks for payments- and preparing paid bills to mail.  MUST have experience doing this in Quick Books

 

Payroll- compiling reports on weekly commissions to be paid, entering hours worked and commissions in Quick Books payroll module.  Generating weekly pay roll reports- preparing and executing weekly EFTPS payroll payment to IRS

  

SKILLS – resourceful, organized, team & individual player as needed

 

A full knowledge of both payroll and accounts payable is a must, as well as be efficient with Excel and Quick Books
